Before settling the payment information, please noted that you will be charged for service fee only, the fee for the arrangement of Vietnam visa pre-approved letter/ visa code.

Our fee is excluding the stamping fee amount, which will be paid directly at Vietnam airport/ Vietnam Embassy when you pick up your Vietnam entry visa.

Credit Cards, Western Union

Payment by the Western Union: (you can use cash, credit card, your bank account or cheques – the service fees at your side). You go to at any Western Union Agent (find the Western Union at your location) and fill “To Send Money Form” to the receiver:

After taking the money order and paying, you will receive a bill of MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) with 10 digits, please inform us the full name, country of the sender, the amount and the MTCN through email to info@transoceanservice.com.

Note: The payment must be made within 2 days after we require to be paid if not, we take no responsibility for the rates we have informed you.

PayPal

PayPal is a US company. You can pay using Visa Card, Master Card, Amex Card . . . or Pay Pal account. Especially this payment gateway does not require you to have an account on it. You can settle the payment online to us directly with your credit card.

Fill your passport details out on the secure online form to apply https://visavietnamonline.org/apply-vietnam-visa-form then click submit. It will show to the payment options page if you choose payment option by Paypal.com. Then our site will redirect you to www.paypal.com page. You will be required to sign in to your Pay Pal account “Pay with my PayPal account” or “Pay with my credit or debit card” if you will pay directly with your credit card without PayPal account.

After payment had been successful, please click the link in the footer of pay Pal page: you will be received an email with notice “successful payment”.
